Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to maximize sales and market penetration within the designated Houston, San Antonio, and South Texas territory. This role focuses heavily on the Spaces Markets—specifically identifying, developing, and maintaining business within the Education, Hospitality, and Government sectors (excluding Healthcare).Key Responsibilities:Territory Ownership: Full ownership for maximizing sales and actively pursuing new customers within the assigned territory. Must be prepared for extensive field travel.A&D Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and build strong relationships with the Architectural & Design (A&D) community, general contractors, and end-users.Specification Sales: Drive the specification process for our commercial building products, ensuring they are included in project designs and proposals.Networking & Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations with current and future customers to establish recognition as an industry resource and product expert.Proactive Sourcing: Execute cold-calling and prospecting activities to expand the customer base and develop new opportunities across South Texas.
